Got a flat tire on the way down to VA beach from Maryland, searched for the closest Subaru Dealership so I can utilize my road hazard warranty. They could not find it in the system but they called my dealership in Catonsville and got the information needed. They did everything possible to accommodate me and when I said I had to be back in MD by Saturday they overnighted the parts they did not have in stock and squeezed me in. Allen in the service department was excellent!

Arrived at appointment time, and my car was taken for servicing right away. After a reasonable time, car was ready. After several uneventful and uncomfortable visits to other dealers and other departments within the RK lot. Calvern Green saved us. He was kind, patient, and well mannered. He worked hard to give us the best deal we could get. actually made me feel like family. After a month of visits, we made the deal on a 2019 Outback. Thank you for this experience.
