I bought my 2018 Crosstrek from Ivan, he was a wonderful sales associate and helped me find the proper model to fit me needs. He got me a great deal for the price and has been very Courteous through the whole process.
1: They should call you back when they say they will call you back with information. A customer should not have to call you 24 hours after you said you would get back with them to get information. 2: They can give you an accurate estimate on when parts should be in. If the part isn't by the estimated time they should call you with updates. 1 1/2 weeks for a tire that was supposed to only take 2-3 days. 4 weeks for a catalytic converter that I was told would take 1 week.
SUBARU IS THE CAR, RK IS THE DEALER AND LEANDER IS THE SALESMAN! I had an outstanding experience working with Leander Poarch when I purchased a new 2018 Outback. I was offered a great deal AND there were no high pressure sales tactics that you often see at other dealers. Leander has been with RK for over 30 years and it really shows.
