The service team works hard to meet customer needs, and is EXTREMELY responsive to last minute requests. I have twice been getting ready to go on a road trip, and needed some service first. Both times, they got my Outback in and taken care of, the same day that I called.
Greg Reynolds, the GM, has provided great service after the sale. I have been buying cars for over twenty years, I have never had a GM that was honest about really wanting to take care of customer like him. When you have an issue with a car, you go in prepared for a fight, I can say I never felt that way at RK and I would buy a car from them again simply because of the customer service I am getting from Greg and his team.
Just bought my first Subaru Outback from RK Subaru. Cal went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car for me. This was truly the best car buying experience.
