We had a really bad experience with Riviere. Wedding band with diamonds was late and when received it was very poor quality. Attempts to be compensated were difficult. 2nd version of the ring still had problems. Very poor customer service and difficulty in getting a refund. Would recommend you avoid Riviere and other jewellers from the HEERA group.
Gemma was very helpful in the process of choosing and designing an engagement ring. Excellent communication, very helpful and supportive. Happy to recommend.
