I walked into Dr James Mee's office bent over with age and pain, I bounced out standing straight and feeling a lot younger. He explained and illustrated everything that he thought needed correcting and was absolutely right. I am going to do the exercises he suggested and have booked more appointments so that I do not slide back into pain.
