Adorable, quaint comfy hotel with super friendly accommodating staff. We had such a pretty view and our room was so clean with cozy beds. Loved the location too. I look forward to staying here next time we visit San Antonio.

After driving 22 hours and having made reservations for two rooms over a month in advance...we arrived to wait 1 hour to get our rooms because they weren't ready...mind you check in was 3:00 we got there at 4:30. Then they told us our rooms were not available they had to upgrade (i think downgrade) No one ever apologized. The party in the room next to us kept us up most the night. The rooms were filthy and my pillow case had stuff all over it (don't wanna guess what). Waste of money...crappy hotel.
Seriously disgusting. My husband & I were going to stay here our wedding night and were so severely disappointed. We specifically asked for a king room non-smoking, and when we checked in the girl said "oh, y'all booked through a third party, we don't honor the reservation specifications, we don't have that room available". Okay cool. We went to the room and it REEKED of cigarette smoke; we were literally coughing as we walked in. This place is completely gross and the staff is beyond ridiculous. RIVERWALK IS A UNIQUE VENUE. AN URBAN PLACE MOST EVERYONE SHOULD EXPERIENCE. THE SHOPS...THE RESTAURANTS...THE CANALS...IT IS ENCHANTING AND ALL RIGHT WITHIN THE CITY...

I attended a workshop and the bathroom was out of order. Support facilities, 2nd rate, takes up valuable space on the river that a better hotel could occupy.
The staff was friendly. Charged 17.99 daily to park in the garage. Room was very small no counter space at the sink. Beds were just ok. The whole hotel smelled very bad. Not as close to the Riverwalk as advertised. Did not feel safe walking at night back to our room. We did however love the bar and restaurant. The owners are awesome.
Even thou it was a last minute booking I enjoyed staying there just my only 2 complains are the parking of 17.99$+x and no having a complimentary breakfast would of loved it more if they would offer both in the booking of stay. Also the front desk also asked for my ID and put wrong address on my information and said don't worry it doesn't matter, now I will not have offer sent to me but to who ever lived in my old address �
