After a not so great customer service experience and after many phone calls and emails, I finally got in touch with the owner of this hotel. He was more than willing to rectify my situation and is a very genuine person. I'm glad to know my issues were resolved and so excited to come back to the Riverwalk Plaza hotel!
My stay is great for Cinco de Mayo. Got a room for 88 dollars a night for 2 nights straight. Great view. Couldn't ask for it better
Bartender really lost out on tip money because he wanted to get out.....1:50 and we couldn't get any more because he was TABC trained. Learn the law
The rooms are clean and very nice but the beds are very hard and uncomfortable needs to be addressed
