Great hotel and staff.
I absolutely loved this hotel. Quaint and beautiful. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was awesome. Everyone we spoke with was very polite and smiled. Walked to the river walk and had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend staying here to everyone.
I loved it, very nice hotel, such comfortable beds, excellent view of the riverwalk, bathroom was small but very nice, I would stay there again, and recommend it to anyone.
The staff was so helpful, Loved the atmosphere and the room was so clean with the most comfortable bed and pillows. Felt like home♡
Don't go!!!make another choice!!!!The bathroom is so small that you can't open the door without it hitting the tub. Also they charged our family 3 times. Just awful and not helpful

The Riverwalk Plaza Hotel follows proper card acceptance and validation rules defined by credit card companies. All hotels are required to pre-authorize all provided credit cards. We had 3 rooms on 3 different floors, rooms service was good.
Don't go The Bar because they are out of everything needed to make drinks. Terrible.
