Excellent condition, very relaxing. Good location on Riverwalk. Friendly, accommodating staff. No reason I could find to spend more.
Had a great time with my family at this hotel ,staff truly friendly and the hotel is clean and beautiful. They decorated it for the holidays oh yea my grand children luv your complimentary cookies �.

Worst tippers ever.................................
My wife and I almost 3 years ago spent a week at this hotel for our honeymoon . They treated use great. Live the balcony room over looking the river. Love waking up in the morning. Having my coffee and reading a book on the balcony. 3 years later my wife and still come to this hotel ad a get away for the weekend and have some fun at the river walk. Never been disappointed... keep it guys. We shall return again after the first of the year for another weekend.
Tomorrow is our last full day. We checked in on the 26th of October. The staff has been very friendly and nice. Every employee we came across would say hello, good morning and ask how we are doing. We had our service dog and the were very nice about the dog. They also enjoyed petting her and talking to her. They treated her like a human which was very nice of them. If we ever get to come back to visit this will be our pick again. I would recommend this place to everybody.
My recent stay at this hotel was wonderful! The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 5th floor. The pool was on the 4th floor. Nice size pool but it was not heated as advertised! It is a bad time of year to complain about that so I did not say anything. My only complaints would be the $17.99/day parking fee and all of the city taxes placed on the bill at the end. About $40.00 in all. I guess the rental car was safe. We only drove it 1 day to the Air Force Base. Point being I would stay here again!I abs... read more
