Unfortunately, the staff has been unresponsive for more than six weeks. I have left messages, voicemails, sent emails with no response and had plans for booking over 30 room nights there for an event. I even waited on hold for 14:25 minutes and then they transferred me to a voicemail that had no message. I am not sure why they did not want our business!
Shower valve was loose and kept on turning, making the water very hot. Asked for and extra towels and comforters but never received it. Tried to call front desk, housekeeping, and operator but no answer. Upon opening the beds, there are a lot of hairs on it. All the agent did was apologize upon check out. Asked to have a copy of my receipt sent to my email but that did not happened as well. Very dissapointed with the stay. Will not come back to this.
I'm not sure who you have representing this hotel? Have been valuing the hotel requesting a manger and leaving msg and nobody get back to me, they say manger not in! I have a serious problem with my stay there during spring break and I have been caking and addressing my concerns with the front desk!!!who do I need to contact next since manager don't seem the give a crap of about something bump that has come out on my sister and daughter body since our stay there? The suites are always the best..we loved it..my kids and my bf we're amazed..i would definitely go back..���
The hotel was okay not exactly what I expected from looking at the pictures...And I didn't like that the hotel charges $17.99 a day to park in their parking garage ,so we end up paying $7 to park in the lot next door to the hotel. Also the floor our room was on they had workers on the hallway painting and drilling which was annoying .I wouldn't stay here again nor recommend next time I rather pay to stay in a nicer hotel that is actually on the river walk .
