my room was dirty at check-in and who the freak schedules power washing at 12:30 in the morning HORRIBLE. GM and AGM has yet to send me email, text, smoke signals to address my HORRIBLE stay.

RecommendedWe had a great deal and they are within walking distance of the Riverwalk. The room was very comfortable and clean. We were exhausted from the drive and we were able to check in early with no extra charge.

Terrible Customer service. I have tried to contact them at least 6 times and they don't answer e-mails nor messages. Parking is $18 usd which is ridiculous, the building is as old as life on earth, no breakfast, nothing. Terrible
