Overall seemed ghetto. People were in the hall smoking weed, parking garage horrible.
ran out of toilet paper and went to the restaurant side of the place? they were very rude, was redirected to the front desk, got toilet paper. the rooms should have extra so that doesn't happen.
perfect placement and good service
We came to San Antonio for the weekend and wanted somewhere close to the Riverwalk. This hotel was perfect. We have a 10 year old who loved the pool and we loved the pool area; the "grass" is unique and cozy for conversation. The lobby is stylish and we loved the games. Some reviewers stated that the rooms are outdated and cheaply remodeled; ours was neither. The location was great and compared to other hotels in the area it was very affordable. We are sold on this hotel anytime we are in town.
Very Beautiful And Very Friendly

I ended up paying more than double what I was quoted. They added fees for everything including parking after being told parking was free, to being told that oh we just changed our policy. Most of the amenities they offered on their website were not available and their front desk staff were not helpful at all. I think I will be staying at a different hotel when I visit San Antonio in the next few weeks again.
The staff was ok but not what I was expecting for $500 per night. The rooms were clean but outdated. I expected more catering. They did not bend over backwards to make my stay a pleasurable one.
