Traveled to San Antonio for our honeymoon and requested an early check-in-we arrived at the hotel at 1:20am. We were told by the front desk attendant Sierra that she does see we requested an early check-in, in the notes. She then told us we would need to wait until 4am after the night audit to check-in or pay for a whole extra night. We stayed back in August with my kids. My daughter left her iPad and I called the night after checking out since the last location was at the hotel! They gave me the run around for 2 weeks to finally say they didn’t have it. No one should of slept in the room we stayed in because it had a big leak that needed to be fixed. I’ve never stayed a a hotel where if i left something behind they would be so dishonest about the situation. RecommendedFrom the first day till the last day we had a great experience. From the Lobby to the rooms very nice and clean. Everything in room was welcoming clean and comfortable. Employees where very nice and helpful. Best little bar at a hotel I’ve ever been at. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Service was good, if you traveling with kids, lots of things for them to do. Also right by the Riverwalk
However it seems the staff are more concerned of 18 years olds being loud all night,beating on walls keeping my family and myself up all night to the point of ruining our days here in San Antonio. I have complained,called,even went next door to the kids room with no luck. $700 plus and can’t get a nights sleep. Not to mention the money lost by leaving events already paid for due to being tired.
Very nice hotel. Perfect location right next to the famous Riber Walk.

This was just okay. It was easy to find and close to the Riverwalk. Staff that I dealt with were friendly and went out of their way to assist us in the things we needed. Parking was $17.99 a day, it was limited but secure. The rooms were dated... bed were comfortable, but the rooms definitely need to be refurbished. We were on th fourth floor with a small balcony that faced the river but could not open the door because there was dirt build up on the sliders. Front desk & cocierge was awesome. Very helpful. Room was great. Comfortable bed & pillows. Near river walk. No hotel breakfast but Willys Restuarant in the hotel had pretty good food with reasonable prices.
