Small room/bathroom. Not actually on main part of Riverwalk
la chica del front desk, Sarah, cancelo mis reservación alegando q las políticas de el hotel decian q asi tenia q ser. sin embargo, no me sabe decir cuales son las politicas de su empresa... ella me dejo a las 5am en la calle, con mi bebé y mi sobrino, ambos de 2 años. Y no puede darme mas opciones... pésimo servicio.
Staff has been super nice and the building and room is amazing.
We just checked out. I read all the reviews before booking.We started not to book due to a few bad reviews. So glad we stayed. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was fabulous. The restaurant and bar was wonderful. Don’t hesitate to stay. You will be glad you did. Thank you to each and every staff member for making our stay so pleasant.

Excellent service, great clean rooms
Had a great time. We were allowed to check-in early. Young lady at desk was very kind. The room was wonderful we could see Main Plaza from our window. This was during Fiesta. Had breakfast at Willie B’s, very good. Great location, was walk anywhere in the downtown area. Would love to go again.
