Steven from the service department called me yesterday and informed me that my Prius would be ready to be picked up today at 2pm and that I HAD to have the rental car Toyota provided me back to enterprise today. I returned my rental car and it is now 5pm and I’ve called up to Toyota twice today and no one can tell me if my Prius is even ready to be picked up!! No one has even called me back to give me any updates. And now I’m carless...
