This place is a joke. Don't ever buy something used here and expect to get any kind of a warranty. Because if something happens to it two days after you buy it, it's as is. Please people beware. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Have a 2003 sequoia that they took care of under a recall. Cullen was great and they were quick and on time
When we recently moved to Georgia we had one of our vehicles get damaged which put us upside down in a huge way. Other dealerships weren't wanting to help or give us a good enough deal that was affordable for us. However Ms. Melissa at rivertown toyota went above and beyond to help us and continued to provided support. I will, without a doubt, be coming back here for our next vehicle. I also dont want to exclude the staff who were friendly from the moment we walked up.
Megan and other technicians are always courteous and friendly while handling my problem with expertise and efficiency.
