The buyers experience is great at Toyota, love my 18 Tundra, and obtaining it was a breeze, no hassle experience. The downside, is i now have to deal with this locations service department. On a recent visit, I was in for a 30k mile routine service, and told the service clerk that due to the design of the bed, the tailpipes hanger, needed to be disconnected prior to being lifted, 1 screw for each side. Had appt for a oil change at 8:00am and was told there was a recall on the air bags and it would take 2 hours. After waiting 3 my husband checked to see how much longer and was told they had not even started on the car. This has happened before and it will be the last time we take our car to Rivertown.
The second truck I have bought from them. No pressure or hassle. Got a good price on the new one and a good amount on my trade in. I highly recommend Toyota and Rivertown Toyota.
