My Mother came to get her Toyota Tacoma truck maintenance service today, which consisted of an oil change and a “free tire rotation” with coupon. Upon her leaving the dealership after paying her overpriced bill , she noticed her tire was vibrating like crazy. HER TRUCK TIRES WERE NOT BALANCED !!!! So she called the gentleman back to get some actual SERVICE and he proceeds to tell my Mother the coupon doesn’t include balancing tires as well; if you want that, you have to ask for it. We had a great experience with Rivertown Toyota. Our salesman was friendly, professional, and open to what we were looking for in a new vehicle. He was far more interested in our satisfaction with the vehicle and with the purchase, then simply trying to close the sale. We were not rushed in any way for a decision. Test driving was encouraged. Call setup an appointment to have a recall repaired, they tell me to ensure no conflicts and blah blah blah they will will call me back to schedule. About a week or so passes they call and set up an appointment only to call the morning of the appointment about an hour before actually to tell me they looked at their schedule and need to cancel my appointment because they’ve overbooked for customers to come in. So no no I would not recommend nor will I return to this location.
