I am currently sitting in the waiting area waiting to get my truck back from getting an oil change and a tire rotation. It is currently 2:30 pm and my appointment was for noon. My vehicle has not even made it into the work bay yet so god only knows how much longer I have to wait here. How is it acceptable to be running this late and we just have to take it? Glad I get to change everything I had planned for the rest of the day.

Update 3 24 July: The old vehicle was paid off as of yesterday, but not before we made a final unnecessary payment on it. I've been told I'll be reimbursed after providing an invoice. Will update after the matter is fully resolved. Update 2 17 July: Wednesday came and went. I received a call late in the day from the Rivertown Finance Rep who asked that I provide updated payoff information on the subject vehicle so they could start the process over from the beginning.
