Had a 9:00 appt and showed up only to be told it would be 2 hours at a minimum until they got to me. What is the point of an appointment. Not the first time I have sat for over 2 hours for an oil change. I have given them too many chances and will not go there again.
I was NOT impressed when I received the nice flyer signed "Mike Holland". The return address was "Louisville, Ky 40223". Was that REALLY from Rivertown ?
My car looks great after Rivertown Collision fixed it! Great customer service and constant updates!!!
I we there to get a oil change and a set of tires I was ther from 815am until 230pm. Don't make sense.
Have no problems scheduling service last minute. Greg was very good . Price is not expensive for oil change. Great service!!

Day 3 of my 2012 GMC Terrain in shop for repair. Purchased it just one year ago with extended warranty. 36 month 50 thousand mile wrap coverage included. Was not offered a loaner and was told vehicle had to be approved by warranty department before work could be done and rent a car provided. Apparently once the hooks are in your in their mercy. Totally displeased how things are going. A person, let alone a veteran should be treated better. I guess $22000.00 wasn't enough.
I dropped my car off at 8 am , I asked for a complete brake and front suspension check up. they called and confirmed I needed my front brakes replaced and sway bar bushing replaced, they quoted the repairs needed, I gave approval, they had my car ready by 5pm. The shuttle picked me up at my house and my car was waiting, all repairs completed, less than the quoted amount. Very satisfied with the service.
Your time isn't valued as a customer here. On many occasions called to tell me that my truck is ready and every time I come here my truck is not ready. I dropped it off at 7:30 this morning and they called me at 3:15 to let me know it was ready to go so I left work. When I got here it still had work to be done on it and now it's well after 5:30 and I sit here doing a review versus driving home. #dontshoprivertown
