The staff is wonderful! Thank you for all you do! If you need a car, ask for Richard--he will get you the best price! The maintenance dept is awesome! Yesterday was the most amazing car deal I never had! Lol! I didn't buy a vehicle, but I could have. The staff was so honest with me and didn't try to push me into a deal that would not have been beneficial for me. When I am ready to buy, I WILL purchase my next car from Rivertown Buick GMC! Always have great service ! Greg McCart always handles my service needs. He is quick to let me know what the car needs and lets me know as soon as my car is ready. He explains everything so I can understand (sometimes more than once) and is always a professional! My car has some age on it and Rivertown has not let me down with their service. Public service announcement. Everyone please read and share. Do not do business with Rivertown GMC. They have been calling me wanting to buy my car, so I finally said ok I will bring it by to see if we can agree on a price, they throughly looked at it and after some negotiations we agreed to a price. The car is in Mark's name so he had to take it back this morning to sell it. They wanted to give us 2800.00 less. Needless to say we told them they could take the offer and shove it. Please share.
