I have now called the dealership 9 times over the last 12 days - without a SINGLE response. Not one call back. They have not provided me with critical information I need to register the vehicle I bought 25 days ago (I'm an out of state customer).
Caleb was our sales rep, he was wonderful! He was there every step of the way. I would definitely purchase another vehicle with Rivertown! Very pleased...
I called Rivertown GMC and they told me I could bring my truck in on Saturday, I brought it in and Roy helped me, he was very nice and very professional and took good care of me and my truck. I went in today and bought new tires and I could not be happier with the service I got, again Roy was a great help and took good care of me and my truck. I took my vehicle into Rivertown service GMC and a lady named Amanda helped me out. In the past I have had multiple problems with car dealerships service departments but Amanda made everything very easy explained everything that was going on was very personable and did not make me feel like it was an inconvenience to deal with me.
