Went to Rivertown Buick in Columbus,GA for the 24 hour test drive. Though they are listed as a participating dealership on the Buick website, they informed me they are not participating. To bad, because this is only one more reason that my next vehicle will not be GM. You almost won me back over, but this convinced me otherwise. We just bought a 2015 Acadia from Rivertown GMC and are very pleased!! I highly recommend Danny Ray Henderson and all of the GMC staff! Everyone was very friendly and made the process very quick! We could not of asked for a better experience!! Thanks again!
I wouldn't even rate them a one, but in order to post a review, I had to. My husband took his vehicle here to have a catalytic converter fixed/ installed. Since the " installation" he's had to bring it in four times with issues..now they are saying it needs replaced again. The work is not what it's advertised as and the customer service is even worse( if that's possible). Wow were to start on this place, bought a car from them (used) had it for ONE month and it starts to tick from the engine (i have other cars so this wasn't driven much) I went back to them and I am told not under warranty not our problem. Come to find out bad lifter and the worst part about it is they had the heads off before they sold it and didn't notice a collapsed lifter or just didn't care. Worst customer service in the service department. They would much rather you drive out of town to go to the original dealer who sold the car then work on the vehicle there.
Absolutely horrible service! !!!! Brand new Sierra I want my old truck back! !! This is the 3rd and last Gmc I'll ever own!!!!
This place is the worst bad costumer services The Service department sucks I went there today 12/01/14 at 8:00am and I had a appointment I got a call today at 4:27pm and they said that they were just now getting to it and they hoped that it may be fined by today
