I enjoyed my visit at at Rivertown Buick & GMC. Steven Sikes was very knowledgeable on the cars and answered all of my questions. I'll definitely be back!
The Service dept will try to RIP you off! The service manager is extremely rude with no customer service skills!
Told me i had bad fuel which i didnt so i took it for a 2nd opinion and of course the fuel checked out good

Will rip you off as often as they can. The problem is there is no other options in Columbus.
Greg and the staff are very professional and make you feel like family. Coffee, popcorn, donuts and you can drop off you vehicle and get taken back home or to work and pick up and brought back when you vehicle is finish. You get an email telling you your vehicle is ready or when it will be ready.
