My oil change “scheduled appointment” was at 9:00am Saturday morning I (my husband )arrived and was checked in by 8:40.....it was two hours later before they pulled my car to the back to start on it and they did the oil change in 30 minutes.....Car was pulled back out and sat ready another 45 minutes before they called me to sign paperwork and pick up keys . Spent 3 1/2 hours to get a scheduled oil change ....not happy.
Jaime, my service advisor, was fantastic. Very thorough going over what was done on my vehicle, and even though it was in for it’s 97,500 service check -up, they were very honest in what needed and didn’t need to be done. He even walked me to my car and opened the door for me to get in. Now THAT’S taking care of your customers 👍😊

Rivertown Buick checked out an old car i have. The car was checked from front to rear all systems. The cost to repair the car was more than the value of the car so no work was completed. Rivertown has a customer for life. Their representatives were all professional and friendly.
