Had a appointment @ 9:00 am I arrived 5 min late. I had a recall, heated seat inop. Wind deflector sunroof missing, fob was bad and engine making noise. Well sometime after 1:00 pm Greg McCart tell me recall was done, it was going to cost $169 to do the wind deflector, $129 to do the seat.$192 for the fob, now rear brakes are bad $200+ and fuel injection system needs clean @ $220. I told him(Greg) that I just wanted my new fob and do the brakes. @ 4: pm I was leaving the dealership. 9 hours is way to long yes it was my choic... read more
