I had an appointment at 7:30 and it took them the whole day just to tell me that they cleared out the fault on my engine light and nothing was wrong and on top of that they left the windows open in the parking lot and my truck was soaked due to the rain. They offered to detail it which I was happy about, but when I got it back all they did was vacuum the floors. The car still stunk from the water.
