Coming from out of town, we were able to complete most paperwork via text and email so when we got to the dealership it was rather painless.
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. vehicle was done in 30 minutes. they brought my vehicle out and it sat another 30 minutes before the clerk came to me. When the clerk came to me he told me my vehicle needs a throttle body cleaning, engine air filter changed and cabin filter changed. I said really I just had the throttle body and engine air filter changed at my last oil change. I also explained to the clerk that I just changed the cabin filter two weeks prior. It could not have been a better experience. Jim Poole is a fantastic salesman. He went over and beyond what I expected. I was looking for a 2018 Envision and you had none. So we began working on a deal for a 2019. I wanted leather seats but that came with a sun roof I did not want and it was more than I wanted to spend. Long story to say he found me a 2018 in LaGrange and went and got it and it was perfect. It was white with black leather seats and no sun roof. And the deal was within my budget.
