Had a 745 appt, dropped it off at 730 and caught the shuttle. Vented seat rattling and a loud whine under the hood (still under warranty). Called at 2 to check the progress and they still couldn’t tell me what was wrong with either issue. Get a call at 430 saying they would return my vehicle to me and have me bring it back up there when they could issue me a rental vehicle (they only have 5??).
