Had a freind wedding on 21/08/25 had a very bad experience, toilets were very filthy & lack of parking and manager on duty with blue shirt was very rude ,aggressive & arrogant, when asked to open more windows for ventilation, will not be recommended thus venue to freinds & family, was thinking of having my daughters wedding, but will go elsewhere due to managers attitude. void void!!
Bad service and food is not tasty.
We recently hosted an event at this Riverside catering venue, and everything was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. A special thank you to the Director, and the event manager on the day and also customer manager (Waseem), who were both incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the planning process.
