I just was released from having a complete abdomen hysterectomy and I wanted to let people know that my team of Doctors and nurses were the best a person could have. Dr. Hasling, Dr.Woo, Dr.Svokos, Dr. Nambiar,Dr.El Alam and last but definately not least my nurses (Room 318)Towers side, especially Allison, I had the best experience there am so thankful for the great team I had and if ever I'm in need or anyone I know is in need of services like that this is where I would refer them to. I have used this hospital many different times and everytime I'm here it sucks! Had am appointment and two hour later I'm still waiting to be seen! Wish my insurance company would allow me to go else where!
I have been given best care in ICUl . also picu The nurse hand doctor treated me very well. They treated me that's great love and compassion and I am grateful.
The care we've received here has just been exceptional. The doctors and nurses have always been compassionate and they have taken the time to explain everything. Our family has been to the Emergency Department, Labor & Delivery, Surgery, Radiology...and the Cafeteria; I wouldn't take my family anywhere else!
My life started here and my life was saved here. I was in the surgical ICU from a ruptured brain aneurysm. It happened in December of 2015. My neurosurgeon Dr. Wolfgang Leesch was amazing and very attentive and full of information. My nurses Katie and Melanie were so sweet and nice and were always there when I needed them. The hospital was nice and I didn't have any problems while I was there. I am very thankful to everyone who took care of me during my stay!
If you're going to be sick Riverside regional medical center is the place to be. The staff there are phenomenal. When I say staff I mean everyone that comes in contact with you during your stay in the hospital,from custodial staff,technicians,care management,food service,pharmacy,nurses and doctors are professional and caring. They took a very frightening time for me,as a patient,and did everything to reassure me and calm my fears.
First time ever at Riverside I went to the ER department, I got called back to triage and was talking to the nurse and the phone rang ok, no problem, she answered no one there, it did that 3 times. I was trying to explain what was going on between the calls and then the last call that finally came through and she said sorry its my sister on the phone, just go wait out in the lobby till we can do labs. I WASNT EVEN FINISHED GIVING HER ALL MY INFORMATION before she kicked me out to talk to her sister. I ended up leaving there ... read more
I hate this hospital with a passion. Don't ever get admitted to riverside cause the doctors are gonna treat you like shit. The doctors will walk out while your trying to talk to them.
