They need a well-baby nursery and it needs to be open 24-7 for the new moms staying in the labor and delivery ward! Being forced to keep your baby in your room all day and night is crazy. Nutrition services needs improving. Better choices and better tasting food. I had a bone to pick with most of the nurses. You call them needing meds, help, water refill, diapers etc...they always said ok the nurse will be there in a few..and they would either not come at all and you'd have to call AGAIN after already waiting longer than rea... read more
RR provided me with awesome healthcare during my recent heart attack. And to top it off the meals were awesome as well

Riverside has turned into s corporation where the patients are just numbers.. Smh
They did birth both of my kids but they are not great at finding what goung on I like them dont love them
I was in the ER Friday 5/2 and admitted to cardiac care and discharged Sunday 5/3. My care was superior and the Doctors, Nurses, Techs and Staff were awesome and I couldn't ask for better care. I was treated like a person not a number. Great bunch of folks. Thank you!!!
Was just in the waiting room breastfeeding my son (1month old) at the Cardiologist office in Port Warwick at Riverside Hosptial. The way I was nursing him you could hardly tell (a Shirt over and under) . I was approached by 2 different employees - women holding a blanket telling me that I needed to cover myself while doing "that". I was also asked to move to a room that wasn't the waiting room because what I was doing was offensive to the other patients (which was 2 older women who I talked to while there!) it wasn't until I... read more
Riverside specialists need public wifi in offices especially where you have to wait for someone having procedure !
