In the spirit of giving, Riverside has given me a bill that was sent to COLLECTIONS without a single piece of information received about this bill. I was 19 years old when this bill came about and never received a single piece of mail or phone call. No one in the billing department or financial department will help me. Completely sickening when they’re suppose to be a “charitable” hospital.

I'm in the hospital as we speak naked no one has bought me a gown yet they have ignored my call be they suppose to check my ostomy bag every hour and haven't then make you feel bad when you say something. it's unfair to a person who is sick trying to get well to be ignored they never take responsibility and blame the patients for there wrong doings. I hate it here should have went to norfolk general. someone save me please j need a gown.

RecommendedThe care here has been beyond expectations. The staff is friendly, professional and very attentive. Every single employee that has come into my daughters room here in the SICU has been so quiet as to slow her to get some sleep now that she’s on good pain meds etc.. I feel very relieved and I believe she is getting excellent care.
