I could never run out of nice things to say about both of my times in Labor & Delivery and the Women & Infant units. Staff are extremely kind and professional. I called ahead to let them know I was on the way, and they were ready with a room for me when I arrived. I was blessed to have the same night nurse for both stays, and hope that if I have a third child, I would have her again!
Riverside ER was great yesterday.......caring nurses and doctors. Was Referred to their Neuroogy Physicians......was seen there for many years but not since 2007. After waiting on hold for approx. 10 minutes and speaking to 3 different people, an appt was offered for January 31st 2017!!!!!! I would not accept this and finally an appt. Was given for Nov. 23rd........6 weeks away. This is totally unacceptable. While on hold, their ads for all the offices were playing. The emts were the best in the world, and my nurses was amazing
Riverside, get your Neurology department together already! We ALWAYS have an issue with your hospital and/or doctors over there. The 6 doctors we've been through have all been as unhelpful as seemingly possible! Clearly they aren't happy either, since they all keep leaving. SO CONTINUALLY DISAPPOINTED.
Been waiting at this hospital for hours now. Still here. Will never come back again.
Riverside Neurosugical & Spine center has an extremely professional and courteous staff. They are very knowledgeable and the Docs I've seen so far, Dr. Brian Thomas Farrell and Dr. Raouf Gharbo are outstanding.
Riverside nursing staff needs to defiantly check behind their work! My father coded earlier today. Doctor found him unresponsive in hospital room while doing his rounds. But nobody called us to inform us! Defiantly a no no! I will be calling tomorrow morning to talk with unit supervisor
