The receptionist and medical staff that I dealt with were very pleasant and informative.
Every day I look at the scar my vanity so feared the day before heart surgery. I now view it as a badge of honor for it represents the future life I was fighting to experience & live for. I feel that my mother was well cared for and the Palliative Dr and social worker went above and beyond to answer questions and were completely helpful.
The visits I have made there have been very pleasant people have been Pleasant they have been proficient in their job the wait time was very little compared to some hospitals I've been in
The Staff was AWESOME!!!!!!!!! They treated me like family
I want to thank the staff at Riverside for taken care of me when i came in when i passed out at my job. Also I want to thank the ambulance drivers.
The staff was amazing to my husband . He was hurt doing his job as a police officer and was in a lot of pain, the emergency staff was great and attentive to him. He also had to stay overnight where he received great care from all his nurses and doctors . Thank you for taking such great care of Officer Hamilton ��� you guys were awesome �
My daughter had to come in yesterday for a slip and fall she is 36 weeks pregnant and we where treated great by all of the staff from registration, to x.ray,to the nurers and the doctors everyone was very friendly and helpful. From my family to your staff we thank you all for the hard work you do I apologize that it's not said more it takes special people to do what you all do, it's very hard work you are appreciated.
Fabulous experience. My Mother and I were greeted warmly by the registration staff, one who even escorted us through the hallway maze to the correct department. WISH I could remember her name, I would be willing to go just to visit her again. Also, in the pouring rain, the free valet service was simply the best and I didn't have to leave Mom alone while I searched for a parking place. Finally, the imaging department did not keep us waiting and the tech was gentle with Mom and answered her nervous questions calmly and compete... read more
