The doctor and nurses along with the techs were super and the most important thing...kept us updated on exactly what was going on. Processes in order!
Always had great care with the Riverside group. If you need any kind of orthopedic surgery this is the place.
Had a wonderful time-at the hospital while waiting on a stress test-stayed over night-food was good-all the staff-heart staff-glad I'm ok-needed that rest time too-they were all organized!!!!!
Thank God for Riverside Hospital, if not for them I would have left here 3-9-1992, 5-1-2016 and 10-31-2016...!!!
My domestic partner, Bettie, came in with dehydration and altered consciousness levels. The staff have been very attentive to her needs and quite careful to make sure I'm watching my own health as well while I'm sitting at her bedside. After labs determined that she had a small MRSA colony on a minor lesion on her hip, they quickly got us set for isolation protocols and made sure that things would proceed as quickly as possible to try and resolve the issue.
We have not always had perfect experiences here, but the admission for surgery has run flawlessly..on time, everyone is very knowledgeable, attentive, and on top of everything...just a great experience! ��������
Was there for 8 hrs. And released with meds. Longest wait ever. It is always like this at this place. And when there is something wrong they want to transfer you somewhere else. Smh.
Brought my 9 year old son due to a possible broken arm and all the staff were engaging and polite to his scienitific mind of questioning all, especially Brian who put his splint on! Wonderful experience for him and they made my long day more bareable.
