Gave a 1 because I couldn't give less than that. While I was there 2 people claimed there change was stolen from there car and their car had been ransacked. One gentleman even found an empty beer bottle that had been left in his car. When the owner was notified about it he insisted that the car had been like that when they came in. I finally got my car back after a week of jerking me around only to find the problem had not been fixed. Upon getting in my car I found all the change was gone. Jeremy, all I remember is that we cleaned your car as we do all cars. When you came back in about change, I informed you that all personal belongings are bagged up, and that we threw away your multiple beer bottles and asked and hoped you weren't drinking an driving. You said ok, laughed and all was good. As for any repair issue, if something wasn't fixed as charged, we can't fix what we don't know about. We give a 3 year warranty, stand behind it, and honor it.

Great and Honest shop. Something you can't really find nowadays. I have trusted them with my car since they opened shop here in town and I wouldn't change mechanics for anything. Been recommending them to all my friends here in town and you should go to. P.S. - they got this awesome dog that will make your wait in the office soooooooo much more enjoyable.

Riverside Automotive is a well run business. They give there best in making sure the job is done the right way. The people are so very nice and willing to work with you. The owner Harry is a great great person. Will try to do is best in helping out his fellow man or woman. He's a hero in my eyes for coming to help me personally when my car door wouldn't shut and I had to drive about a mile to a safe place. I called he came and helped me in a very serious situation. Excellent service and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff! My experience there was a positive one from start to finish! And not just because I got to hang out with Dallas the whole time in the waiting room. :)
