I was in frantic mode after I had my windshield replaced and was in need of a new sticker on a Saturday! Luckily they got me right in and they were so friendly and helpful. This was the first time I’ve ever had to take my car to be inspected by myself and they were so accommodating and helped me find everything that I needed! I highly recommend this shop!! Not to mention they have a beautiful springer spaniel in the shop which is a big plus for me :)
Took my car to have it looked at due to another garage not being able to identify the issue. Not only did they fix my car within a day they also identified the problem as being due to a mistake the previous garage had made! I would highly recommend this garage to friends and family. Friendly staff that go above and beyond and they also have a wonderful dog!

Riverside is the only place that I trust with my baby (2008 VW R32). Not very many shops are thrilled about working on a ten year old limited production German hot hatch, and I had another garage in Morgantown outright refuse to even look at it. Riverside hasn't ever been scared by the car, and have done a fantastic job each time I've brought it in. Huge thanks to these folks. Was traveling to Annapolis when check engine light started flashing and dinging. They ran some tests and explained to me the issues and then got it fixed in a couple hours. Made my car safe for traveling. His dog was very friendly too! Thanks again
GF experienced near total engine transmission shut down while traveling through West Virginia. By pure luck she chose Riverside Automotive since there was lodging nearby. Even though very busy, they kept at it ultimately diagnosing a short in one wiring harness responsible for shutting down almost everything. I know other shops would have started doing a 'remove and replace' running up a huge parts bill and likely not finding the problem for days. Diagnostics are not cheap.
