I'm not an easy person to please. I have NEVER given 5 stars to any business I deal with. But after the experience I had today with this establishment, I have nothing but great things to say about Riverside Automotive! Especially considering the circumstances involving me needing Harry's help. They took extra good care of me and my girl. I've never had the pleasure of being quoted a price on maintenance and then when it came time to pay the bill, he actually charged us fairly less than what we had expected. Harry and the rest of the guys at Riverside are absolutely amazing. They are one of the nicest businesses I've dealt with. Harry is very reasonable and wants to help you out in anyway to get your car back on the road. The workers really know what they are talking about and do excellent quality work. For anybody that is looking for a great reasonable mechanic I fully recommend going to Riverside Auto for anything! I can't thank them enough for all they have done for me!
Riverside has always taken care of me and always gets me in quickly. Would absolutely recommend them to everyone !!
The staff are incredibly friendly and they charge reasonably. They are honest and straightforward. The owner is a nice guy. They have my business for life.

My biggest regret is that I didn't hear about Riverside sooner, because I am about to move out of state!! Tom took me out to my car after the mechanics looked it over and showed me all of the things that needed to be fixed. I've been through that drill before at other garages and I always end up feeling like they're just taking advantage of me, but not this time. I don't normally write reviews but this company went above and beyond for me! Yesterday was my original appointment but I had serious personal issues that I had to take care of and I have been putting off having an oil change for awhile. I was worried when I called in to change my appointment they would make me wait a week or something since it was so short notice.But, without hesitation they worked me into their schedule the very next day after hearing my story! Great service. First time an auto shop hasn't come up with a list of things that needed "fixed." They told me my car was in great shape. I went in for an oil change and that's what I got, not a list of $1000 of other repairs like every other auto place. Very satisfied.
