Took my 2008 nitro in for a pressure test had a coolant leak I was sure I needed the heater core replaced as I've experience this before ..let's just say I was given a estimate of $ 1800 ..292.48 just for the heater core an additional 221.60 for a evaporator that is not need they just felt it necessary to be replaced because of its location makes no sense but any way on to the estimate 109.88 for Coolant 1392.96 labor along with another 129.88 to recharge my ac after which works perfect now.grand total $1782.43..... I contacted Riverside on Monday morning expecting to get an appointment for later in the week, but Harry and his team was able to fit me in the same day! They provide exceptional customer service and are conscious of saving the customer some money where possible. Highly recommended for WVU Students who need a local mechanic and be sure to show your Student ID for their promotional discount! Harry looked at my car, called with an estimate, and came in below price. Great work on an import.....would definitely go back to him and the staff. Even washed the car. Thanks guys.
I've been going to harry and his team for a few years now, and i have never been pointed in the wrong direction. His team is above all the rest. No matter how busy harry or the team is, They always take the time to pull you in and have you see the problem first hand. I've never gotten a report back on any of my vehicles that were not 100% accurate.
