Whether it's a yearly check up or a sudden injury that needs tending to, Riversbend has been excellent to my dogs. We have never had a bad experience with any of the vets, vet techs, or other staff.
Always pleasant and caring, remember my name and my pets. Super people all of them.
If I could give more then 5 stars I would. They literally saved my baby's life, when he was rejected elsewhere for being 5 minutes late. They went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of, and worked well with our budget. I'll recommend them to anyone!
Very friendly staff. I knew my two cats had worms (from the shelter), so I called and they gave me a prescription for both cats without making them come in. They deal well with both of my cats, one of whom is very difficult and anxious in new places and the kennel.
Able to see Casper today. Friendly staff and great care in spite of a booked schedule at 5:00 on a Friday. Thank you Riversbend.
I highly recommend Riversbend Animal Hospital. Dr. Goodman as well as all of the staff are professional and very respectful of you as the pet owner and for our 4 legged kids. They took us in as an emergency patient when 2 others wouldn't. That to me shows compassion and that is my top priority. I want to know when I am in need of their help, they are there to assist in whatever the case may be. This time as a very sad ending for us but our pet didn't have to suffer any longer.
