Several years ago, we found 6 cats, shot dead alongside a dirt road. There were a few survivors, the worst of whom we kept with the other two taken by Lake Haven. We took "Maddie" to Dr. Scott who immediately kept her overnight, treating her frost bitten ears & amputating her frost bitten/clubbed tail & spaying her. Due to the treatment & care of Dr. Scott & staff, she's been in great health ever since & one of the most lovable cats we've ever had. Please, rescue & look to Riversbend for helping you out.
I love the staff at Riversbend! Along with multiple other reasons, they have made it possible for my cat to be able to walk and enjoy life. Thank you Dr. Scott! 😺
Very disappointed in the grooming and boarding services - or lack there of. When I tried to reach the owner regarding concerns, he never called back. I am curious to know if he ever got the information.
This place is GREAT!!! Nikki our Black lab had a scuffle with a porcupine last night and lost. We called for an after hour emergency visit since she had almost 50 quills in her face. They got us in with-in 30 minutes and got them all out. We were sent home with pain meds and antibiotics and our dog is looking great today.
By far the BEST vetrenary clinic I've been too! They treated me with compassion, and where understanding. Penelope would be greatful! They did all they could for her =) Didn't matter she was a bearded dragon at all. They took her with open arms! After she passed they helped me order her urn etc... AMAZING people working there! They called me several times to notify me how she was doing and also allowed me to call several times a day to check on her condition. I will never be able to express what they meant to me.
