Recommended1st time client, just took my cats in to get their vaccines updated, as we're new to the area. Great first impression with the staff, had separate waiting rooms for cats and dogs, very spacious and clean. The vet assistant and vet herself were great with the cats and myself, allowed me to ask any questions I had and we were in and out in no time!! The cats were very comfortable with everyone. Also reasonably priced compared to other clinics we've been to. I'll be taking them back, for sure :)
5 stars All the Vets and staff are so caring and thoughtful. I called on a Saturday after normal hours and Dr. Goodman was so nice. My 11 year old bulldog had a UTI and she ran test and got him the medicine he needed right away. I trust this office with every member of my pack and am glad they are there for this community. They also have dog obedience classes of all levels, which is awesome for dog and owner.
The caring and friendly staff
Everyone was incredibly helpful today, as I said goodbye to my cat Boo. They are all great in all they do.
We recently had to make the hard decision for end of life for our 13 year old beagle. When I called, they were so accommodating and were able to handle it for us that same day. We were allowed to spend as much time with him before and after. The doctor, assistant, and staff were all so understanding and compassionate. We really appreciate how they helped is through this tough decision.
Riversbend has cared for all our pets. They provide a level of care and compassion second to none. There is no one we trust more with the health of our little family members.
