I called their office to confirm information that was obviously an error on a rabies certificate. vaccinated 1/3/20, due next on 1/3/20. Was put on hold for 8 minutes, hung up called again, was told she wad too busy to confirm an expiration date for their client. I told my customer who was trying to license his dog he would need to get a corrected certificate from them and make another trip to license his dog. Also recommended he find a new vet. Would definately not deal with these people.
Absolutely love this place 🥰They are carrying their patients and they love animals and we had a very good visit today for my puppies first shots. Jager Meister will see you in 4 weeks
I always take my chocolate lab puppies to riverbend for their health check-up and shots before I let them go to their new family! Today I took my litter of 12 in and they did their check up, shots, and trim their little toenails! They are great with them and spend as much time as needed to make sure I am satisfied with their report! Hats off to the vet and staff!! Highly recommend them!
Here's my third re-review :) Riversbend gave us an estimate of $600 for surgery to remove one (1) tooth from our cat. We couldn't afford it. She now needs three teeth removed. Country Vet in Reed City gave me an estimate of around $300 for removal of all three teeth. Her surgery is scheduled for next month, but should have happened six months past. Your organization is greedy and uncaring. You have hiked your prices so high that it's obvious money is more important to you than serving your community or saving animals' lives.... read more
