I had a different vet, but had a pet emergency and the staff here got me in even though they were busy and treated me and my pets so well that I am permanently switching to them!! Very kind and understanding.

Yes, Dr. Goodman has been awesome, and so have the vet techs who have taken care of our pup! We are beyond happy with the way that they take time to explain everything and answer any questions we might have. We are so glad we found Riversbend!
They just don’t care enough anymore. Your family business has turned oddly mechanically distant. We’re all disappointed. They care more about profits and not purrs.
Dr. Ruth is an awesome vet. She has done two major surgeries on my Rotties left hind leg. The first one was a TPLO. He completely recovered from this surgery and was back to normal after 3-4 months. Second surgery on same left leg due to being hit by a car. Dr. Ruth figured out what was wrong with his leg after two other vets couldn’t. Dr. Ruth is very thorough, explains everything in detail. Caring Doctors and staff!!
My dad has gone to this practice for years. I have been taking my animals there since moving back to this side of the state. I have loved 2 vets that have been there. They listen, understand, and get that being someone who has a science background I am not stupid when it comes to treating my animals. In the span of about 2-3 months these 2 vets have left! Use to be a great place to take your pet! They have had a total transformation since moving and new management! And not for the better! We are leaving Riversbend. Expensive, entrapment tactics, act like you have never been there when we have spent thousands on our dog there. I was appalled today by the attitude and will never go back
