I brought my cat here regularly for grooming and ended up switching him here for vet services as well. The staff were always so welcoming and happy to see him, and you could just tell they truly love animals. I moved this spring and today my cat has a grooming appointment in Grand Rapids. I couldn't find his rabies record anywhere so I called last night after hours to leave a message saying I might be calling in the morning to ask for verification. We had an emergency with our sweet shitzu Sassy... and our vet was out of town. This hospital was so kind and helped us through this difficult decision. Thank you especially Dr. Dana and Joseph.
Called and they got me in as my 14 year old dog was sick for a week and no sign of getting better. Dr. Scott came in gave me an estimate and I agreed to the price. Dr Scott came back with test results and was amazing as healthy he was for 14 years. He was diagnosed with a parasite and I was given medicine for that and the diarrhea. I have nothing but to say great and compassionate they are in this office
