My boys love the indoor pool & slide.
it's such a beautiful hotel
Paid $250 for two nights and had no hot water either night. Complained 3 times and the immature staff got smart with my husband. Pool was over chlorinated and housekeeping doesn't come by daily to take trash, make beds or bring fresh towels. Bathroom tub and toilet had stains. Don't be fooled by the pictures. This place sucks
NASTY!!! Room smells like puke � can’t get another room and been waiting over an hour for them to come and spray and vacuum ������� DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!
Just read all the other comments and you will figure out what my would have been. They won't let you talk to a manager because they are to chicken shit to face the truth.
The pool is awesome ....the kids had so much fun....the staff was very nice..cant wait to go again
The rooms stunk, water temp in shower was freezing or third degree burns, stains on bed sheets, no wi-fi, unfriendly staff, cable got cut off late Saturday night, and mold in the shower. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHITHOLE TO MY WORST ENEMY
Disgusting!!! Run away fast!!!
Stayed 3 days here,no wifi except at front desk,remodeling, workers were OK just didn't fix problems well,busted pipe shut off hot water didn't call to let us know, tried to shower and couldn't how found out??
