DO NOT BOOK HERE. I made a reservation online for my son's birthday. They emailed me a confirmation, then a few weeks later called to tell me that if I wanted to stay there I would have to stay more nights and pay more per night than what was advertised online.
Have stayed here many times and had no issues until this time. Refrigerator did not work, front desk acted like it was a big hassle for them. Said we would have to move to another room because he wasn't moving a refrigerator. We didn't ask him to. Shower in new room felt like knobs were going to fall off. Hard also to regulate water temp. Could not adjust air temp. Didn't bother to ask for another room.
Outside is beautiful. Rooms are nasty. If it would let me post pics I would. I had to clean the shower before we used it, water wouldn't regulate temperature, rusty fridge, green stuff all over phone, mold on bathroom ceilings, etc. Will not be back
I had stayed several times over the years and it has never been great. I have been told several times "we have remodeled". Big lie!!! The rooms ARE A DUMP!!!!! The one and only reason I stay is because of the pools.
Aside from the pool being nice the room sucked! Floors were damp everywhere you stepped. The drain to the tub was broke, The knobs were Broken on the dresser, the walls were dirty and it had a funky smell that reminded me of bug spray. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
Pool was perfect staff was friendly. Needs updates but overall will recommend to friends and family.
Better check your account before leaving. 2nd time I've been double charged and plenty in reviews. I'm guessing they do this a lot. Call and ask about it and get hung up on
