We stayed here last night Thursday til today and we are only staying one night. The only reason my son wanted to stay is because of the pool. But we got into our room and there was bugs crawling on the walls. I only saw one at first and then 7-10 finally called front desk. Apparently this isn't news to them bc they didn't act surprised. We switched rooms. To a dang room that didn't have sound or picture on the TV! To be almost $85.00 I shouldn't have had this many problems. The room the moved us to smelled. Nice Staff and nice rooms, very good environment.
The room was clean. The staff was friendly. My mom and I checked in on Monday Aug. 1 and the ice machine on the ground floor was out of order and the elevator was not working properly, but they did have them both working by Tuesday. We stayed until Friday Aug. 5. We couldn't get internet in the room until Thursday. Oh and on Wednesday night, we had 3 raccoons outside our room that scared us. The hotel is in a really good location.
