Good place to stay,kids loved the pool and good location
It was a good stay but when I got up my second night there, I had a bunch of bed bug bites.... Went back home to Bristol TN, went to the hospital to make sure and most definitely it was bed bug bites, had to throw out everything I took with me there.....I called and told them about our and all they said was oh no bed bugs? They wasn't surprised at all...I want my money back but there not going to give it to me!!! 179.00 for 2 nights and I'm eat up with bug bites its miserable and itchy!! Don't recommend staying here!!
My husband and little boy got eat up with bed bugs it was awful they have places all over them will never stay here again it was no shock to the ppl at the front desk they must done know about the problem think the health department needs to be notified!!
Room was great but cleaners need to clean the coffee pot because ours had mold in it�

I really do love staying here. WE usually stay here every summer when WE come up to pigeon forge Tennessee.i would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a place to stay on there vacation.
Great price for a great room. The indoor pool was nice with the water slide and the hot tub was just relaxing.
